oggfwd software package provides basic icecast source client for audio and video streaming, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install oggfwd
oggfwd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the oggfwd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep oggfwd *
You will get with oggfwd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
